Copy/paste doesn't work
In other programs, copy/paste still works, and redefining the shortcuts also doesn't fix it. What can I do to fix this? The specific file is added, but this goes for every project I'm working on.

I can't see what you're doing, and you haven't said what kind of element you're trying to copy and paste.

Let's say it is a note:
If you select a single note head (only the head is colored blue), copying and pasting will not work. You need a blue frame around the note, which you can get by pressing Shift + right arrow and left arrow again after selecting the note head.
This is how it looks then in MuS 3:
If you want to copy lyrics and paste them in an external editor you need to use "Tools -> Copy Lyrics to Clipboard".
Other things, such as copying articulations, staff text etc. should work without restriction.
