Official Download ....only pdf?

I paid for some credits so I could download a tune.
Night Train (Words by Oscar Washington and Lewis C Simpkins) Music by Jimmy Forrest.
I only got access to a PDF. The system doesn't SAY it's only a PDF. How do I investigate receiving a musescore version??
