No, it is necessary to have the MuseScore editor on Windows, Linux or macOS. If won't run on an iPhone

That's right.
It's not necessary to have MuseScore Pro to do anything connected with score creation and modification. You are currently on the musescore.org website, which supports the MuseScore Studio application (and its predecessors). MuseScore Pro is connected with the musescore.com website, which is about uploading and downloading completed music.
