Make Guitar Line Into Grand Staff
So I've been tinkering around with trying to read sheet music while playing guitar, and since I want to be both fluent in bass and treble clef, it would be really advantageous to able to make a single guitar part be on a grand staff as opposed to either treble or bass. I haven't figured out a way to neatly get the already existing guitar part onto a grand staff, and would be interested in how to do so.

No sure to understand. You are talking about treble clef and bass clef, while your image shows a bass clef and a Tablature (TAB) clef. Which is not the same thing, at all.
Add a second staff to your guitar in the instrument dialog. Apply the bass clef to it.

Do you also need the tab version? Then add further (connected) staves.
If you want to partially separate an existing treble staff into the bass clef, you must use MuS 3 and there is a function for splitting staves.
