Then that will probably be the case.
Can you open your score via the musescore.com website?
With the musescore app it sometimes happens that you have to log out and log in again.

However, if you may have uploaded the file using different account details, then no one at musescore.org (here) will be able to help you. Please contact musescore.com.

I have the same problem. I get the same response when I try to open one of my scores. I can't get it to open at the musescore.com website either. I'm told that I have no uploaded scores. I only have one account, so I don't understand this situation at all. What can be done?
