Moving a Chord Symbol changes Minimum Distance to -999 (Mu3.7)

Following up on this: musescore.org/en/node/322365#comment-1085645, see the attached file. Move the C chord in bar 6 up (eg, to -4.53sp) then down to approximately its original position, well above the staff line (eg, -1.41sp), the minimum distance changes to -999. This results in various other downstream misbehavior. Should this be raised as an issue in GitHub ?
