MuseScore 4.3.1 crash on open
I've been able to open MuseScore at all since the most recent update.
I open MuseScore, it shows the loading image, within 3 seconds crashes.
- No outstanding updates in Muse Hub.
- Uninstalled MuseScore and Muse hub completely and reinstalled, issue persists.
- Direct download (without Muse Hub) has the same issue.
- Can't open existing scores.
OS: macOS 14.5 (23F79)
MuseScore Version: 4.3.1 (241490902)
I've posted this issue 2 days ago but received zero response/interaction. If there is somewhere else for me to be reporting this issue, it is not obvious to me.

I saw your earlier post. Hopefully, someone on a Mac will be able to help. I'm on Windows.
Re-install almost never works. What version of MuseScore did you have before?

I updated to 4.3.1 when it was released without issue. Muse Hub showed an update which I installed and has presumably lead to this issue. I'm not sure if patch/bug fix releases are given a version number?

I don't think there is an update for 4.3.1. There have been soundfont updates.

Ah! Then that's my theory disproven!
I'll just have to sit and wait patiently I guess!
I've exactly the same problem on Mac. Can't use MuseScore anymore, crashes while loading the begin image. Also re-insralled MuseHub, standalone and so on.....
