Ties don't play back correctly 4
Refer to file; when a tie is sufficiently long it will not sound after a particular moment IN THE MIDDLE OF A NOTE. This might be due to the fermata and accent directly preceding it.

It's the accent. All I can think of is to select it and un-check "Play" in Properties.
