It is showing me this error message and I'm not sure what to do about it. When I press "open anyway" it doesn't really do anything and just shows me the score page but without the music. Can you help me, please?

This file is corrupted beyond repair. You can try to find backup in a hidden .mscbackup folder (which is located the same folder you saved Gloria Marcellino - Copie.mscz).
If you find .Gloria Marcellino - Copie.mscz~, copy it to another folder and remove ~ from name
