Odd space on page

I have adjusted this music, and I am about done with the arrangement. However, I don't know how to get rid of this extra space. I have tried all sorts of things and been reading the handbook, but I just can't figure it out. Is anyone able to help? (I have attached a pic for demonstration of my problem.)

There is possibly a rest from the upper system that has been dragged to the lower system. Look in measure 20. Try selecting everything on that page and using CTRL+R to return things to their default location.

If that doesn't work come backband attach the score (.mscz file) instead of a picture of it.
