my scores are moving at lightning speed
i'll try to do a playback on my score and everything is sped up. the sound of each instrument, the tempo, everything. i tried to reset and update musescore but nothing happened i've also tried restarting my pc and still nothing happened. i wanna figure out how to fix this. can anyone help me?

There are several possibilities. For sere are some things to try.
Don't connect or disconnect headphones while MuseScore is running. If you are using an external audio interface, try disconnecting it and use the onboard audio. In Edit>Preferences>I/O raise the buffer to 4096 and check that your audio device is selected. Not Default. There's more, but try these first.
