Move staff horizontally. Also moving all the staves on a specific page downwards

I think there must be a feature that allows you to be able to move the staff horizontally (something like "staff spacer left/right"). Not really using page margins under page settings. I suggest this because I want to be modifying the default spaces that are added at the left of the page when adding instrument names. As you can see in the screenshots I've attached, I want to move to staves a bit to the left.

Secondly, I also want to be able move all the staves a bit down on some specific pages, as you you can see in the 3rd screenshot I've attached to this post. I've tried to use staff spacers but they can't work for this.
