(4.4) Menu dropdowns appear on monitor 2 when application window is on monitor 1
Had my second window receiving input from work laptop, so it seemed as though the menus were not working, when in fact they were "appearing" on the other monitor. Moving the application to monitor 2 resulted in the menu drop-downs appearing below as expected (File, Edit, View, et al).

I am experiencing this as well. The program is also not changing it's scale/resolution when i switch from my laptop screen to either of my 2 monitors. None of this was a problem with the last version.

After playing with display settings, it seems like the menus snap to whichever monitor is designated as "main display", even if that monitor is designated as monitor number 2.
