Latest version Musescore 4.4 cannot load file if filename is in alternate charater set (Vietnamese).

Latest Musescore don't recognize filename if file name is in Vietnamese character set.
I've renamed the file to standard ASCII (English) instead of Vietnamese characters
file name and it works fine. I was able to open the file. Previous version did not
have this issue.

This latest version somehow misinterprets filename (language characters).
