Playback and Appearance setting doesn't work

In version 4.4, The Playback and Appearance tab in the propreties doesn't appear as intended. It does it for all of my scores, but not the one from Marc Sabatella in the discord server apparently.
S4, Graphical bug, Once reported, me, from my research. Should always be reproduced, always reproduces, Can't be regressed (if that's a verb), P2, only blocks Playback and Appearance.
