After latest update, showing repeated measures, clefs and keys

I had to hit V to make the extra 9 disappear at the beginning of the Trumpet 1 and Trombone parts. The other two parts were fine. The score looks normal. I'm flabbergasted. What the heck happened to it? I couldn't just delete it because it would delete the entire section 9. Deleting the clef sign didn't do anything. Same with the key. Tried to delete the multi-measure rest, nope. It's either this mess or nothing. So I hid it, but it looks ridiculous, a little less ridiculous than having 2 treble clefs, rests, keys, etc, but still ridiculous.
I just updated today - 4.4.0.2390800. I could not copy and paste the number, so I hope it's right or at least you know what I'm talking about.
