Forum rules.

Is there an acceptable use policy for this forum? I would like to know under which conditions someone is censored and by whom. When is someone banned forever. (could probably happen now just by asking this)
I wouldn't want to make the same mistake twice. Obviously, i did not know about the censorship.
My comment was only a well meant attempt to make things better and nothing but the truth.
