Problem with Top and Bottom Index in Chord Symbol

The “Top Index and Bottom Index for Chord Symbol” function does not work.
The size setting for Top / Bottom Index is also missing. (And this is very useful).
The over and under setting is missing (using Top Index / Bottom Index) for typing letter
