Changing Mixer default parameters

Hello to all,

is it possible that when you load a flute sound for example to have different mixer values? Right now the default it's 0 volume, Aux 1 = 40, Aux2 = 30, panning 0. Let's say that when Flute 1 is called in the score to have -4 volume in the mixer. panning -40, aux1, 45) . I know that you can make a template, but I don't want that. I want the default behavior to have my parameters. Somewhere, in those codes it must be possible, to change the default parameters of the mixer.
