saving files
Hi, New to MuseScore since Finale is going away.
Ive downloaded a file to MuseScore, and any change I make can't be saved. the prompt I get is the same for iCloud or computer.
Can you help.

When you opened MuseScore for the first time, did you get a macOS popup like "MuseScore wants to access files on your desktop" etc.?

If you accidentally clicked "don't allow" in this popup, then MuseScore won't be able to write any files. To fix it, go to System preferences > Privacy and security > Files and folders > MuseScore 4, and enable all switches. Here's a Dutch screenshot, in the hope that that helps:

Although MuseScore 4 is in my applications, it does not show up in Preferences/P&S/F&F. Thanks
