The Program, Website and Mobile App are showing different versions of the same file.
Hi!
Most often the Program version and the online version will be the same, but sometimes the score changes a little bit when uploaded (but it's not that bad).
However, when the score is viewed in the mobile/Pad application the score looks weird and the notes and text get stuck together.
This is a problem I have encountered on both Apple and Android, both on Mobiles and Tablets, and whether I upload from versions 3.3.4, 3.6.2 or 4.
What can this be? The sound is still the same; I think it's just the layout, but I don't understand why this would happen.
I will attach two photos, one of what it looks like in the app, and the other from the same bars from online.
Thank you for reading :)

It would be useful if you attached the actual score (.mscz file).
As a guess I would suggest that you have notes and lyrics in more than one voice, which leads to overlay and collision of lyrics when displayed in the mobile app.

That lyrics issue is a long known, long reported and apparently still not fixed yet. Redendrs the app useless for any score using multi-verse lyrics. Same/similar issue BTW in the 'Send to youtube' feature

This is the score itself in MuseScore, no problem in the file itself, only when looking at it in the app. There's only one layer of lyrics per instrument/voice, so they aren't layered, it's just like there isn't enough space, so they just get smushed together. Would think it would only happen on a phone because of a smaller screen, but it also happens on tablets.
Someone told me that the app isn't fully compatible, but isn't there a team that deals with bugs in the app as well?

Score got last saved with 3.6.2 and looks just fine there and stems from a MusicXML import
It does look bad in 4.4.1, basically the same as you claim ot to look in the app
It is not publicly viewable on musescore.com, so I can't test that

Looks OK in 4.4.1 too after a Ctrl+A, Ctrl+R, i.e. resetting all elements to their standard position
There are some bad settings ("Segment left" being non-zero) that apparenty in 3.6.2 didn't harm

That's useful to know that I can use CTRL+A, CTRL + R, when converting the 3.6.2 files to version 4 in the future, I can at least try that later on. Thank you.
I'm still using 3.6.2 since the compatibility between the app and version 4 hasn't been all there after the update, but it has been getting better lately, but still experiencing this issue here, where it looks different when uploaded and viewed via the app and not online or in the program itself.
