converting pdf guitar notation to tabs no working
trying to convert my PDF file of guitar notation to tabs is not working. I followed the steps but just the tab lines show up. What am I doing wrong? I scanned a page of sheet music , is it because its copy righted?

Nothing to do with copyright. First try "Change instrument" (e.g. via Staff/Part Properties) for a Guitar so that the instrument is set to display tablature.
