Saving Templates (MS4)

Is there any way to save templates to the program? Like a feature that includes layout, size ratios, fonts, spacing, page size, margins, etc., and all of the instruments. I could click on a template I've saved and have everything there. I've been looking online and can't find anything for MS4 custom templates. Is there just something I'm missing? It takes me so long to change everything to my preferences, and it would be awesome if I could have it done for me.
