2nd lyrics have altered vertical positioning
Hi everyone. I have two issues with this piece of music:
1) The 2nd set of lyrics at the end of the piece has some syllables with odd vertical spacing, with "Glo-" on one level and "-ry" a little higher, as you can see with other syllables as well. I'm not sure it's doing this, or how to fix it. I can't find anything in previous questions to help. Any thoughts?
2) Also, I've been trying to change the spacing of the systems on page 2 only. I like how it is on page one, but I'd like to tighten the systems up a bit on page 2 only. I really can't see a way to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

Yes, thank you. So how did you fix it?

As for the syllables, since it's not clear how this could have happened, I've simply modified their vertical offset slightly in Properties. This must be happening for some reason, which would be worth investigating a little further.
And for the page layout, I've changed the value of "Music bottom margin" in menu Format / Style / Page. But this value applies to all pages.
I could also have enlarged the margin (Even page margins) in Format / Page Settings. Which might have been more relevant in this two-page score case.
But since I didn't mind the result of the attached file, I left it at that.

Thanks very much. Good to know...

For 3.7 I found another reason, see here:
It is the bottom part of the letter 'y', 'g', 'j', 'p', 'q' or the comma (Son,) that causes this.

Well, isn't that something! I thought I tried those, but maybe I didn't have it on the Even Lines. Thanks very much! A great help to know all that...

I remember having this problem a while back. It wasn't important enough to deal with at that moment. Thanks for solving a problem I had forgotten about :-)

Hey, no problem. I guess we're all here for each other.
