Saving sessions after crashes
I strongly feel that there needs to be a safety net for saving sessions if the program or computer crashes! Trying to reset everything constantly is very frustrating and aggravating! This needs to be addressed!

That is what normally does happen, and makes MuseScore ask "Do you want to restore last session?"

Occasionally, that doesn't happen. It's a bit late to restore that particular session, but in the future, I hope there can be some kind of back-up programming to prevent sessions from getting lost. Also, I would like to be able to have multiple tabs in one window, as I used to be able to in Mususcore 3.

There is a hidden backup file in your scores folder. And wherever you have saved scores. Look up how to view hidden folders for your OS. Crashes may not be saves there. There are occasional auto save files also. I think the greater concern would be why is MuseScore and/or your computer crashing so much.
As I understand it, multiple tabs is probably not going to happen.
