1) Some of my 16th notes have backwards flags. How do I fix that?

2) At one point, I went to a horizontal score. How do I go back to page-to-page reading?

1) No idea without seeing the score (.mscz file)
2) Bottom right of the window, change the view from Continuous view (horizontal) to Page view.

Do you really want to give your phone number to the whole world?

You sent it to the Musescore forum which anyone can see. It's like putting it on a Facebook post. If you click on the three dots to the right of your original post's title you can edit it to remove your phone number. But it is up to you. If you feel it is safe enough, leave it where it is. Personally, I wouldn't - I get enough nuisance calls already.

Note, assistance on the forum is provided only by fellow users who are willing to share their experience. They are unlikely to give support over the phone and so your phone number is at least irrelevant.
