Anyway to show which keys are being played on Sheet Music?

So I downloaded a score from MuseScore into the application on Windows and I'm getting to know the MuseScore application as I go but still very new to it.
I'm wondering is there any way to see which notes are being played like when I hit the Playback button and the score begins playing within the application?
For example, this score starts off with 2 keys, D# over G# and on the Bass Clef a D#. Does the application have anyway to show which physical keys on the actual keyboard are being played or represent this single..note, I guess? I hope this makes sense and apologize for my lack of efficient terminology if not. Thanks to anyone who can give any advice, in advance.
