Why are the notes on imported XML file RED?
All the notes are RED!
How do I fix this?
Can't seem to find anything in Styles or Properties to address this.
Where can I find the answer?

Can't tell without a sample score that has this problem.

Here is a sample.
Imported as XML from Finale.
The red color normally means that the notes are outside the range of the instruments (for a professional player).
There can be several reasons you see this. You might be writing high notes for a guitar, without considering that the guitar is normally notated one octave too high. In this case the solution would be to either replace the treble clef with an octave-down treble clef, or to toggle the concert key button.
Another possibility is that you have assigned the wrong instrument to the staff.

The music is imported as an XML from Finale.
The music is in Bass Clef and all notes are within the staff.
The instrument list only shows as bass clef no specific instrument is assigned.
Any other ideas about what may be creating this issue?

Staff/Part properties showed violin as the instrument. The notes are out of range.
I changed to cello, which has a lower range:
1-The Stick Control Blues part1 - selection_0.mscz

Thanks that fixed it. What is strange is that I have imported about 100 Finale files
all written for snare drum or drum set and all are in Bass clef, but this is the first one to show up red.

Many instruments are written in bass clef without any octave indicator so whether or not the notes are visually within the staff has no meaningful bearing on their pitch unless you reference it to an instrument. If you right-click on the staff you see that it has the instrument listed as Violin and gives the range of the instrument for an amateur player as G3 to E6 ( a professional can play higher but not any lower than the lowest string). If you then select a note in your score you will see that it falls outwith the range for the instrument, so MuseScore indicates this by making the note red.
