Playback ignoring dynamic

I don't know if anyone can help, but the following score has a crescendo up to a forte at bars 45-46 and on my system just does not work - it stays at piano. I have the voice assignment on the dynamics set to "All". I tried setting the assignments to Voice 1 but that had no effect.

Hairpins can be tricky, sometimes. Delete the hairpin that isn't working. Range select the Ab and the next measure only. Select the cresc hairpin from the palette. That's what I did in this version of your score. hairpins need to be between dynamics and not overlapping them.
