Adding a Title Frame after starting a piece

Hi,

Is there a way to add a title frame after you've already started writing a piece? I tried highlighting the first measure then clicking "Add" - "Frames" but the only options are horizontal, vertical, or text frames. You can't adjust these frames the way you can a title frame.
