Format
When I go to "format" and try to make changes I cannot find "apply" which used to show up on the bottom of the page. Please let me know how I can find it again. I cannot advance the page up or make it smaller so the whole page shows up!!!!!

I think you should be able to grab the open area at hhe top (not the top border) and pull the whole thing down . Then grab a top corner (or even the top border) and resize it.
