Weird Musesounds string articulation issue

Is anyone else facing odd behavior on musesounds strings after updating Musescore? The strings will randomly play random articulations mostly col legno and pizz without any indication. Scores that used to play just fine now don't work at all because the strings just decide to play random articulations. Even after putting multiple different texts indicating to play normal or legato it doesn't change anything. the only thing that works is manually adding slur or accent. even on a fresh blank score it does the same thing where I will just be putting down notes and out of nowhere its pizz for absolutely no reason. Its making the software unusable for me and I have no idea what is going on.
