Note input tweak

I thought I should make sure this facility isn't available (and maybe canvass ridicule upfront) before adding it to the overworked developers' list...

Since it's easy to predict into which octave a note will be placed, it would be nice to have an "override up/down" key that you could hit simultaneously with the note input, rather than have to CTRL+arrow it subsequently. Seems like it might save a lot of time on some scores.

I didn't find any mention of it in the MS 3 or 4 documentation, but I've missed stuff before
