Uploaded score has measures that don't fit all the notes

Nope, do see the download button, but on selecting 'Open with MuseScore', I get an access denied

Then download the file yourself and attach it directly here together with the original. Also correct those 15lets (rather than 3+12).

There are 3+12 because the score changes between no triplet+12 and 15 and there is no need to make them all 15 because they're not visible in the score.

It looks like you have beams going across barlines. I can't download your file to check as I'm not paying nor signing up for a free trial.

There are no beams going across barlines in my score as you can see from the screenshot and when I look at my score file.

Just looked like that to me. Without the original score, who knows? Anyway, if you have a problem with the musescore.com website then please ask them.
