Corrupt File Help

Hello. Recently, a project I've been working on has been labeled as a corrupted file when I try to open it on MuseScore 4. I would love to have it retrieved since it I need to complete the score in the next couple of days. Could someone tell me what's going on with it, or help fixing it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is a small excerpt of this file - all 154.59 kBytes look similar: Zeros!

Try to find a backup copy, e.g. in the hidden folder ".mscbackup" just below were your file is.

Thank you for your help. I've tried the method of recovering that file from the backup and tried opening it again after removing a character, but it appears that the last save was corrupted as well. I appreciate your support!
