lyric hyphens now appear to the left of verse numbers when starting a new system
Since a recent MuseScore update my lyric hyphens now appear to the left of lyric numbers when starting a new system (see the photo). How can I avoid this?

Format / Style / Lyrics / Dash and uncheck Restate dash before syllable on first note of the system.
Having these dashes is a fairly normal thing and repeating the verse number at that point is quite unusual in my experience. Obviously, YMMV

Repeating the verse number does happen through in existing pried scores, not the majority, but from scores with multiple verses under the notes rather than as a separate text block I'd estimate some 10-20%
