Changing Tuning and Temperament in Musescore 4.5.2

I've been trying to adjust the tuning of my score to A415, while also applying Bach Temperament using the pre-installed Tuner plugin. After applying Bach Temperament, adjusting the tuning of the score to A415 through the properties menu overrides the tuning applied by the Tuner plugin. Following that, I tried to use the "Tweak" input of the Tuning plugin to effectively add the tuning values together; frustratingly, the input can't fit the value needed to tune to A415. Is there a way to achieve this without modifying the plugin itself?
