Convert notes to rests, or vice-versa
In Finale, there is a simple keystroke, R, to convert a note to a rest of the same value, or change a rest to a note (although it defaults to the middle staff line.) Is there anything similar in MSS?

In which mode? Note entry or standard?
In standard mode just select the note and press delete to get a rest. Vice versa isn't implemented.
In note entry mode press backspace and then 0 to get a rest. And notes by pressing the note name...

0 also converts a selected note to a rest, while not in note input mode. Think of 0 as the "pitch" of a rest.
