MuseSounds doesn't play back accent and marcato marks
So I download MuseKeys and decided to use them instead of MS Basic ones but the accents and marcatos don't play back for some reason.

Hmm, I can confirm that for the "Grand Piano" sound specifically - and at least some others within the Muse Keys pack - this seems to be not working. Seems to work for all the winds, strings, and percussion sounds I have tried, though.
Be sure to report this to the MuseSounds development team via the contact info on the Settings page within MuseHub.
Since I don't recall any other reports of this, my guess is that this may have broken recently, like perhaps in last week's MuseSampler update.

I've actually noticed it for quite a while, well over a month, the lack of accents with the Grand Piano sound in Muse Keys. I just never really thought of reporting it, it's not really a make or break issue for me, the lack of accents.
