How do i do this?
i am making a linked staff for my score, it is for the piano part, i want to make the linked staff have different notes (because i want to make an ossia so thats why its smaller). how do i do that? NOTE: the score is still unfinished so just notice the bar 1 only.

I suppose you should not use a linked staff if you want different notes.

Sheesh! After 9 minutes??? Get a grip!
A linked staff--by definition--has the same notes as the original. The Handbook description of making an ossia describes using a separate staff, not a linked staff.

Dont anwser again, i atcually wanted to delete this comment cuz i figured out that linked staff havve the same notes before you said that. embarrassing.
