Specific voice note playback in wrong octave
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.2-251141401, revision: ac9d3bc
I only observed the issue when entering notes in re-pitch mode. When I tried again in "Input by note name" mode, the pitches were correct. Issue was reproducible for me in re-pitch mode.
b sharp in tenor range is played an octave too high when previous note was c flat
low c flat in bass range is played an octave too low when previous note was f sharp
I attached a minimal example for both cases.

I see that the c flat is reported here https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/28021
Don't see any reports of the b sharp on first glance
I adjusted the notes up and down with the arrow keys (and re-attached the appropriate accidental) and the pitch was corrected. But yeah, that's very odd that it would SHOW the one pitch and play the other.
I'm'a recommend reporting this on github? Someone else may know whether it's already there???
