"Create Key sig for all systems" - "Bad file descriptor"

Windows prerelease 0.9.6 r2451:
Changing option "Create Key sig for all systems" in "Edit General Style" -> Page and saving the file.
Open by double click from file system getting a "Bad file descriptor" error.
Open from open dialog in MuseScore getting an empty score.
Can be reproduced with new score using piano template.
