You will see in the attached.file that the 4th bar contains an F Natural. However, it should be an E Sharp. Altering its position using the arrow keys will not produce an E sharp even though it is in the key sig. It defaults to F natural.

I am able to get the proper notation by changing the note to E natural and then selecting the sharp icon.
