Chords transposing
I need to put a chord name that is not on he list : C add 9, when I try to transpose it is not recognized and it remains the same as text, otherwise if I use a name that is in the list (es. CMaj9#11) it is recognized and it is transposed. Is it a bug or there is a way to solve it ?

There are always workarounds, but obviously they are not obvious to those who are frustrated by this problem.
I'm not sure where to point to the thread, but this is being discussed more thoroughly in another thread. I'll try to find it and post it here.

Many people, almost here in Italy, read "C9" and think that it means C,E,G, Bb and D, then C7m plus 9. In fact "C add 9" is more clear , because there is no doubt that means C,E,G plus D.

It should be easy to extend the list of chords MuseScore recognizes. There are three files to extend: the chord description file "chords.xml" and the two redering style files "stdchords.xml" and "jazzchords.xml".

If I understand what you are saying: If there is no "7" notated in the change, no seven of the chord is played? Consistently?
