Need album text
It would be useful, in fact I would say necessary, to have an "Album Text" field, to make space for and add free form text before the first selection in an album, for program notes and other comments on the whole album. As it is, it's very cumbersome to try to create something like this using the existing text fields. The Album Text frame should be expandable so you can use as much space for it as you need before the title of the first piece.

With little effort this is possible, just have a first score with a frame but without any measure and with the same amount of staves.

Yes, you can do that, or an easier solution I think is just to increase the height of the Title frame of the first score so you have lots of room for other stuff. But I still think the need for an introduction to an album is common enough to have a special feature for it.
