Workspaces — ease-of-use interface suggestion

At the bottom of the Palettes, there is the option to choose different workspaces (do I have that right? I couldn't figure out the difference between Palettes and Workspaces), and there is a "plus" button ("+") to add a new workspace. There should also be a "minus" button ("-") to delete the current workspace from the list.

Agreed, although for the record, you can delete the workspaces via the Edit / Workspaces.

FWIW, a "palette" is most basically a single group of related cells, like the "Dynamics" palette, or the "Accidentals" palette. Obviously, there are a whole bunch of these. But you can also consider the whole window containing all these individual palettes as a "palette" - a palette of palettes. There is only one of these visible at a time. But each "workspace" contains a palette, so by switching workspaces, you can switch palettes.
