More Element doesn't activate to add element to palette in new worksapce
I'm not sure that is a bug and not expect....
Create a new worksapce
Enable editing of a palette
Click right on a cell Properties and Clear are available not "More element"
Clear an element of that palette (that may be a complete Palette)
Right click on a celle (empty or not)
Actual result
More Element... aren't activated and doesn't get to any where
expected result : More Element should be activated and should go at least to the 1rt palette in Master Palette (and better to the right palette in Master Palette)
Note : you may be able to go to the master palette and click and drag an element to the palette to add it

Oh my god, just need to documentate it now !!
Is it activated , It isn't grey, it is black , I can click on it, but.... nothing happens ? Is that the same for others ....?

With Vista and 2.0 b2 or b3f7e70 the option is on but nothing happens
