Adressing lower piano stave seperately

When trying to make both piano staves small in stave properties, only the upper one reacts.
Is there another way than right clicking the instrument name in the beginning of a part to adress a single stave? If not, it's a beta issue..

Right click into the staff, then statt properties. It it (halfway) works by right clicking the Instrument name, that'd look like a bug to me.

I do have to do it seperately for both staves, the upper can be adressed through the instrument names propeties, the lower by right-clicking somewhat above it.

Both can be adressed be clicking into them, at some empty space.
