Playback has no sound
I just downloaded musescore a few days ago and it was working fine until all of a sudden when I pressed playback, I heard nothing. I know its not m computer because other apps volumes work fine. Im wondering if the muse score app is messed up or it is something I pressed by accident. I cheked the synthesizer mixer and play panel and they all are normal. Im on a macbook pro. Please help, thank you.

What version of MuseScore? All scores or just one? What are your settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O? Does MacOS have a system mixer that can set the volume for different applications? Have you tried rebottoing? Revert to factory settings ?

Its 2.0 beta. There is a system mixer for the musescore by itself and that is the one I checked.

No, I meant does MacOS itself provide a mixer that lets you control the relative levels of each appliation running on your system. I know Windows does. Anyhow, the answers to my other questions would also be helpful in trying to debug the problem. Including which specific beta build - see Help / About.
