Mixed Accidentials
Hi everybody,
i have a score in F and it turns to G. How can i get these accidentials like in the picture?

By dragging the new key sig from the palette into the measure, see http://musescore.org/en/handbook/key-signature

No, thats not the thing. The new key must have the natural AND the sharp at the end of the line.
Next line is ordinary only with sharp.

Which version of MuseScore?
In 2.0 Beta 2 check the available options in Style → General... → Accidentals
In 1.3 showing the canceling natural is the default, right-click on the keysig allows to hide/show the naturals
